The teamEurostar is an all-metal, low wing  aircraft designed and manufactured by EVEKTOR-AEROTECHNIK, an approved company in the Czech Republic.  After a lengthy investigation the type is now approved by the PFA as a kit built microlight.  

The first UK built example has completed around 300 hours of flying, and a number of customers kit built aircraft are already flying.

The aircraft is approved as a 450 kg microlight, which means that it can be flown on a microlight licence with its lesser training and medical requirements when compared with a group 'A' aircraft.  

For pilots who hold a group A licence (CAA, JAA or NPPL) and wish to keep it current, a light aircraft version with an increased weight limit is also available. 

The teamEurostar offers comfort, low noise and a sprightly performance.  Our testing has shown a maximum level speed of over 120mph, and a continuous cruise of over 100mph on less than 5000 rpm!  With its short field capability, climb rate of about 1000 ft/min and average fuel consumption of around 11 litre/hour, this aircfraft is surely a winner.
